Mini LaLa & Itti Bitti Cloth Nappy Giveaway!!

You are going to love our new giveaway and the wonderful world of cloth nappies. The fabulous Alison at Alipants sent me a pair of MiniLala & Itti Bitti cloth nappies to try out on Zoe. Everytime someone would mention cloth nappies to me, I’d immediately get the picture of old white napkin style nappies held together with a big old fashioned safety pin. It wasn’t till after starting my blog and shopping online for Zoe that I was starting to see more and more cloth nappies and quickly my image of them started to change as I was seeing more and more modern looking nappies, that looked no different to a cute baby bloomer or swimmers. Having received my gorgeous Mini LaLa & Itti Bitti cloth nappies for Zoe from Alipants, I was really keen to try it out. I have been using the cloth nappies for a week and a half and have been really happy with them.
Firstly, they are so stylish and the Amy Butler and Alexander Henry material that is used on the Mini LaLa nappies are gorgeous. It makes environmentally friendly products look great, rather than the perceived natural plain coloured looks. I had no problem with the size for Zoe and she is on the heavier size for her age. The Mini LaLa has a hidden waterproof polyurethane laminate layer which makes it really easy and you don’t need to fuss around with pins or covers. They fasten with a velcro hook and loop which is great. They were super absorbent which is really important to me. I never had a leak of wee or poo whilst Zoe was wearing the cloth nappies, and now that Zoe is on solids her poo is not as mushy so the cleaning process wasn’t as dreaded and messy as I thought it would be. I really loved the trim fit also which allowed Zoe to not look like a little fluffy bum in her tights. The Mini LaLa has suedecloth inner and is soft and really nice.

Each nappy comes with two bamboo inserts, and should fit babies from around 3.5kg to 15kg. The cleaning process, as I mentioned above, was fine. Alison from Alipants gave me really easy to understand cleaning instructions for the nappies and I didn’t have any problems, it was as easy as cleaning your normal clothes to be honest.

The Mini Lala nappies are a real favourite amongst mothers im noticing for not only there gorgeous design and fabric but the actual delivery of a great product that actually works. So overall, I loved my cloth nappies that are eco-friendly, stylish, and extremely cost effective. We all know how much nappies cost these days!!
