a book party

This pretty and creative 'book party' was hosted by Ashley Campbell of Ashley Ann Photography. The party was hosted to benefit The Joyful Life Library, an organization that collects and donates books for children facing hospital stays and their families. What a wonderful and beautiful idea! I am so inspired to throw a similiar event. Such a great cause.

Guests received book plates with their invitations for them to fill out and attach to the covers of the books they were bringing along. The entertainment included reading books and watching The Cat in the Hat on a big screen in the backyard.
